We are looking to hire reliable, self-motivated and experienced bonds agents throughout
the State of Michigan. Can you take inquiries, fielded and qualified 24/7 by an expert
office staff, and assist their loved ones in getting out of jail?
Our agents:
- Meet and assist clients at the local or surrounding jails/sheriff offices
- Explain the process and responsibility of posting bonds
- Act confidentially, and are friendly, professional and non-judgmental
- Provide accurate documentation to the client and office
- Are available around the clock
Are you interested in being an agent who is paid:

Are you:
- At least 21 years or older with reliable transportation?
- Able to pass a background check?

J&J Bail Bonds Agency will train and support each individual agent. If you are not
licensed, we will assist you in obtaining your insurance license, your approval with the
various courts and learning each jail/sheriff office’s “uniqueness” of posting bonds.
We have dedicated office staff members who will be there to help and support you. We
have someone available 24/7 for support and to answer questions. Our success increases
with your success.

Administrative / Clerical
Assist office in clerical work and administrative functions by performing a wide variety of duties which may require independent review, writing, scheduling, supply management, calculation and analysis of information. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
· Efficient in Word, Excel. Familiar with accounting software is a plus
· Manage multi-faceted workloads with multiple deadlines. Strong organizational skills and extremely detailed
· Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information based on customer specific data
· Administer one-on-one support for Supervisor, as well as work in a team environment
· Work with both close supervision and on independent projects
· Keep calendar / schedule for court appointments and supporting agents
· Work with clients, assist with phone calls, take messages and answer general inquiries
· Understanding of legal documents and court operations preferred, but not required
· Maintains internal and external confidentiality
· Experience with social media research a plus
· Assist with collections
· Attain a license in order to post bonds
· Become a Notary Public
· Other duties as assigned
Work schedule: Monday – Friday. 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Additional opportunities for weekends and on-call shifts
Income: $13.00 - $15.00 / Hour
